She was awarded Ph.D. degree for her thesis on Personnel management in nationalised Banks and has done post-doctoral research on Qualiity Circles. Sheis an Executive Member of the Indian Society of Labour Economics and Research Development Association, Jaipur and has published a number of Articles in various journals and conference volumes.
