Business Regulatory Framework
Business Regulatory Framework is specially designed to serve as an undergraduate textbook for BCom (Honours and General) students of University of Calcutta (CU). The book seeks to provide a comprehensive coverage of the various topics relating to business law.
The book is divided into two modules. The first module provides an overview of various Acts which include the Indian Contract Act, 1872, Sale of Goods Act, 1930, Indian Partnership Act, 1932, Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, and Consumer Protection Act, 1986. The second module deals exclusively and exhaustively with Indian Company Law with emphasis on the new Companies Act, 2013.
