Sometimes a bitter note is discernible but it points to the weaknesses in the system which needs improvement and reformation.

Balbir Singh

Prof. Balbir Singh (M.A. PGDTE)has taught English Phonetics to M.A. (English) at Khalsa College, Amritsar, for more than fifteen years. While teaching English pronunciation to Indian students, he observed their problems very closely and has attempted to remove them in the book. He has published numerous articles in Indian and foreign journals.
