Dr. S.K. Srivastava is presently working as a Professor in Psychology Department Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar. Dr. S.K. Srivastava received his Ph.D Degree in Psychology (Department of Humanities and Social Science) from I.I.T. Roorkee, his field of specialization being Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Dr. Srivastava is associated with various academic bodies in the field of Psychology and Management. He has contributed more than hundred research papers and articles to various journals in India and Abroad.
Dr. Pankaj Madan is a multi-disciplinary academician with international repute and is an asset for Faculty of Management Studies, Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar, India. He had taught at University of Southern Queensland in Bubai as a Asst. Professor. He is a Visiting Professor to Shaoxing University, China and is also an Affiliated Professor to CENTRUM Catolica, the Business Centre of the Pontifician Universidad Catolica del Peru as far as the international research is concerned.
