Ismail Thamarasseri

Ismail Thamarasseri was born in Kerala. He had his school education in his home village, Ponmala and had his first graduation from University of Calicut. He got his B.Ed. and M.Ed. from Mahatma Gandhi University, Tamil Nadu. He was qualified University Grants Commissions National Eligibility Test for Lectureships both in Education and Sociology. He had participated in several national and international seminars/ workshops on education. He had high proficiency in IT skills and qualified many diplomas. His earlier book was "Education in the Emerging Indian Society". He started his career as a teacher in social science at government higher secondary school and Farook Teacher Training Institute, Kottakkal, Kerala. He is resource person in center for information and Guidance India (CIGI), Calicut. Presently he is lecturer in Education, Farook B.Ed.college, Kottakkal, Kerala.
