Dr. Mahendra Gaur, former Chariman, Board of Studies in Political Science, Jiwaji University, Gwalior, has taught Poltical Science over a period of three decades. Currently, Dr. Gaur is Director, Foreign Policy Research Centre, New Delhi, - a research organisation devoted to in-depth study and research on every aspect of Indian foreign policy in interntional perspective as well as in the context of contemporary world developments.
