Synopsis 'Elementary education' is much debated universal issue, which is given emphasis as a fundamental right of each and every human being. All the nation-states the world over have made statutory provisions to ensure that none could be deprived of elementary education. Many world organizations are playing vital role in advancing the status of elementary education. Despite all these measures a large number of children in different parts of the world are still deprived of basic education. This work in three volumes intends to focus on some vital issues pertaining to the theme.
