Dr. Vijender Singh, B.V.Sc & A.H. (Bikaner University, Rajasthan) PG (AWC), M.Sc. is a renowned veterinarian and specialist diagnosis. He is a well known animal welfare activist with many accomplishments to his credit. He is a member of various national and international socieites like ISACP, ISVS, JCPR, DVA, DVC, SAVA and WSAVA. Dr. Vinjender Singh has authored a number of books namely, Dog Health Care (Ist Edition), Dog Health Care (Ist Edition, Hindi), Dog Management Guide (Hindi), Rural Extension Hand Book, Universal meat Hygience for Public Health and Meat Inspection for Public Health which have been appreciated by veternarians and pet lovers.

Satish Kumar is a former Professor of Diplomacy, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, and had been at the School since 1961. In 1978, he spent a year as a Visiting Fellow under the Senior Fulbright Scheme at the School of Advanced International Studies, The Johns Hopkins University, Washington DC, and Institute of International Studies, University of California, Berkeley. Professor Satish Kumar was a Visiting Professor at the University of Torino, Italy, in 1990. He held the India Chair at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, Tashkent, in 1996-98, and the MEA Chair at the United Service Institution of India, New Delhi, in 1998-99. In addition, he has delivered several special lectures at the universities of illnois, Columbia, Heidelberg, Geneva, Malta, London and Guanzhou.
