Of Electronics, Govt. of India), Regional Moderator National Computing Centre (NCC) Manchester (U.K.) Expert & Observer in DOEACC (DOEAICTE, Govt. of India Scheme). Prof. Nayak is fellow of National Association of Computer Educations & Trainers, New Delhi and life member of Indian Science Congress Association, Indian Society for Technical Education, computer Society of India, Indian Institute of Public Administration, Operations Research Society of India, Member of Indian Society for Training and Development, Indian Society for Systems Management. Prof. Nayak received many professional awards at regional and national level.
