GATT: A Developing Country Perspective
Synopsis
The book is divided into two parts. The first exclusively covers the various agreements as negotiated under the Uruguay round of talks and highlights developing country concerns with regard to these. The second part is largely academic and delves deep into the dispute resolution system under the WTO mainly because the dispute resolution system is in itself a very important element towards making a multilateral trade system successful. The philosophies behind the functioning of the system and the provisions of nullification and impairment in particular have been taken up at length.

GATT - A developing country is a good book. I have liked it very much. It should be recommended for course work and as part of the professional trade law circle.
