Dr. Ashwani Wanganeo (born 1954) after complewting his Ph.D. in aquatic ecology from University of Kashmir, Srinagar, India in 1980 fervently till date. Recently he was associated as a task force member to undertake scientific investigation at Antarctica by Department of Ocean development new Delhi through national Centre for Antarctic and Ocean Research, Goa, India). Dr. Wanganeo has undertaken number of other ecological projects funded by National and International agencies. Till date twelve Ph.D. degrees have been awarded under his guidance. He has published fifty research papers and reviews in the journals of National and International repute. He is also on the panel of experts of several National Organizations. Presently Dr. Wanganeo of Limenology, Barkatullaj University, Bhopal, M. P. India.

Garima Singh is Associate Fellow with the Observer Research Foundation. Her research area includes international security and nuclear prolifieration. She has contributed chapters in edited volumes and written extensively for print and web based journals. Currently, she is a doctoral candidate at the the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
