Niramish Way to Health and Godliness: A Satwic Way of Life
From Preface: Dear readers, I'm grateful that you chose to read this book. As far as eating habits are concerned, we are aware that our civilization has historically been divided into vegetarian and non-vegetarian societies. Due to the sensitive nature of this topic-which is primarily a question of sensible thinking and sensibility rather than simply a dietary decision-I would want to appeal to everyone through this book to view it as one of the most important issues facing our planet. Deep awareness of the value of adopting a vegetarian diet in our daily life gave me the motivation to write this book.
The vegetarian diet is the most supportive of idealistic mental processes, moral development, and bodily and spiritual progress, which is the main argument in favor of the vegetarian diet and against the non-vegetarian diet. In fact, the entire book is a modest plea, especially to meat- loving vegetarians and non-vegetarians, to quit consuming and promoting non-vegetarian meals. Making a conscious distinction between humanity and animality is essentially all that is required.
I observed that there is a lot of inaccurate and self- serving information being spread about picking the proper side in this Amish-Niramish (Vegetarian-Nonvegetarian) debate. Incorrect narratives and notions about healthy eating habits are pervasive in the market in a rigorous fashion, either in support of or under the guise of religion, custom, culture, etc. Non-vegetarians tend to love meat foods more than vegetarian foods, but I am telling it is not a matter of showing one-sidedness or favoritism, rather, making the appropriate dietary choice is crucial for both human health and the spirit.
