Synopsis Information Technology may be considered as the backbone of all social processes in the society. It may be stated that communication plays all important role in the fulfillment of information needs of the people. It affects the mind of the people in such a manner that their thinking and idea are which results finally into social change. In the present era of information technology, the role of communication has influenced the entire society and in a broad perspective it is flow of information of different communicating systems. The effective and developed system has become synonymous with modernity and economic growth.
