Synopsis ‘World Politics’ variously known as International Politics’, and ‘International Relations’ etc. is supposed to be regulated by set determinants of political theories. The determining factors are variable. This book designed as an introductory g guide to subject, its aims to discover and point out the basic principles that determine the course of the political relations among sovereign nation-state, and to seek to demonstrate their applicability. Amidst r recent developments in the field of world politics is ‘terrorism’. In the name of suppressing terrorism power is polarizing time and again and various power nexuses are emerging. Apparently, with the collapse of Soviet Union, world politics has become unipolar revolving around the U.S.A. Recent Iraq Was has shown America ambitions and nefarious designs to dominate the world proving itself the sole super power. Consequently, it seems, there is emerging an anti-American sense among the Muslim countries though clandestinely. Under such circumstances, ‘World Politics’ will be in shackles and rambles. This is not a history of recent diplomacy but a real effort to preserve some of the ‘scholarly objectivity’ that is so frequently a casualty in discussions of contemporary international relations. Primarily prepared for readers, this book will serve as a helping text, and it is hoped that the general reader will also find some value in it.
