Synopsis The Foundation for Information and Communication with its Headquarter at Chennai (India) feels proud in presenting this Festschrift entitled "Information, Communication, Library and Community Development" in honour of Prof. C.P. Vashishth, who has spent all his career in teaching and research in Library & Information Science.
