Synopsis
This volume deals with the crucial problem having deep bearing on various phases of the Indo-Pak relations. Indeed the Kashmir problem became a glaring issue soon after India attained independence. Ultimately it was taken to the U.N.O where arguments and counter arguments were put fourth by the representatives of both the countries. Arguments in the form of reports were also given by Sir Owen Dixon and Frank Graham. India was represented by V.K. Krishna Menon and later on by M.C. Chagla. This work would be useful for teachers, scholars and students in India and abroad.
