Gleanings in Plant Sciences is a commemoration volume presented to Prof. Bir Bahadur on his completion of 60 years of age. It contains contributions from various research institutions and Universities of India and abroad, who include his friends, well wishers and students. The book includes 34 research and review articles on various aspects of Plant Sciences written by leading experts. The opening articles is on handedness by Robert Ornduff. Raju has given an account of the Mint Genus Leonotis while Kamala has given details of Sesamum, Diseases, and Pests Management.
