Water resources are decreasing day by day due to the exponential increase in demand. Also, due to human and industrial activities, the quality of water is getting affected resulting in a reduction in the supply of usable water and problems with the disposal of polluted water. This necessitates water conservation strategies at the National, State and Local levels.
