About the authors

S. Maria John

Dr. S. Maria John M.Com., B.Ed., Ph.D., PGDCA is currently working as Reader in Commerce in Cardamom Planters Association College Bodinayakanur, affiliated to Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai. He has more than 20 years of teaching aat College level. He was awarded the Doctorate of Philosophy through Madurai Kamaraj University in 1995. He is actively engaged in social science research since 1990. He is the author of three books meant for students studying Management, Commerce and Banking at the Undergraduate and Postgraduate level. He is at his credit, participation in number of state level and National level seminars, publication of research articles in journals of national importance and special knowledge in Information Technology.

R. Jeyabalan

Dr. R. Jeyabalan, M.Com., P.Phil., Ph.D. He is actively engaged in research activities in the field of small scale industries. He has been successfully guiding appreciable number of M.Phil scholars since 1990. He also has coordinated state level and national level semianrs organised by the Department of Commerce, CPA College Bodinayakanur.

S. Krishnamurthy

Dr. S. Krishnamurthy, M.Com., M.Phil., Ph.D. He is a Co-author of the textbook entitled "Investment Management". He is a regular contributor of various articles to leading state and national level magazines and journals on the topics related to Commers, Management etc. He is a recognised research supervicor of Maduria-Kamaraj University and guiding successfully the scholars doing their research through. DLP of Madurai Mamaraj University.
