Lt. Col. Kaushik Sircar is a serving officer of the Indian Army who by dint of his service has had opportunity to serve in the remotest parts of India for over 18 years. A post graduate from Madras university and an MBA (Pers) from SIMS, Pune. He is also a Senior Level Defence Management Graduate from DAW Indore. He is a wide traveler and has reflected his personal and practical approach to rural marketing. He has been very closely associated with the Tata Groupâ€™s Tata Tea Ltd. And has had the opportunity to associate his first work on rural marketing with the Tea Major.
