Synopsis
The concept of the case study is used for the understanding of the applications of principles of management at work place. These cases have explained based on Human Resource Management, Team Work, Leadership and Conflict Management Processes etc. the cases are based on managerial practices in India and how an employee adjusts himself in professional and non professionally managed company. The some of the case are provided by analysis on failure of schemes and corrective action taken by the industries, however in current business scenario it is becoming a great challenge to take right decisions.
