Radha Vallabh Tripathi

Dr. Radhavallabh Tripathi was born on 15th February, 1949 in Rajgarh Distt. Of Madhya Pradesh, and was educated at Saugar University. He has been teaching Under-graduate and Post-graduate classes in the University teaching department of Sanskrit for 33 years, and has successfully guided 26 research-scholars for Ph. D. At present he is working as Visiting Professor of Sanskrit at Silpacom University, Bangkok. He has published 90 books and 135 research papers and several critical essays. He has received 17 awards of Inter-national or national level, including Sahitya Akademi (New Delhi) Award for creative writing (poetry) in Sanskrit; Shankar Puraskar of K.K. Birla Trust for his Natyashastravishvakosha in four volumes.; M.M.P.V. Kane goldmedal of Asiatic Society of Bombay for best research work in the field of Sanskrit studies; Award of all India Oriental Conference for best research work in the field of classical Sanskrit Literature and the award by the some body for best research paper in classical Sanskrit section and also the Ramakrishna Sanskrit award from Canada..
