Whether it is business or personal life or official life, the role of communication is pivotal and important. Nobody can feel liberty without effective communication. It is, however, true that the communication skill is inbuilt in very human being. But the problem is environment, personal, social, cultural and host of many impersonal factors. The skill of communication is rarely an inherited gift. The majority of us, not blesses with instinctive flair, can nevertheless develop the ability. It is not easy and its needs hard work.
