Dr. Agarwal is also having Diploma in Environment Management from reputed Institute in India. He has been associated with various activities concerning the Development, Management, Administration, Extension and Planning of Inland Fisheries for the last 31 years. Various training from National Fisheries Research Institutes and Fellowship/membership of various Fisheries Societies in India and abroad have given him on batter inside of the subject. He is on the panel of tropical Aquaculture expert Iclarm Philippines. Dr Agarwal besides a good administration and planner has deep interest in scientific management of inland fisheries resources. He is having 15 Research Papers and 3 books (i) Fish Farming, (ii), Fishery Management and (iii) Fishery Development to his credit.
