About the authors

Prasanna K. Biswasroy

Dr. Prasanna K. Biswasroy (born on 26th August, 1955) a Graduate in Law, a Post-graduate in Commerce and a Doctorate in the area of Institutional Financing and Corporate Restricting is currently a Professor of Commerce at Berhampur University, Berhampur, Orissa. Dr. Biswasroy is a prolific writer and published more than two dozens of research articles in referred journals of national and International Standard. He has authored, edited and published six numbers of research oriented books in the areas of Institutional Financing, Corporate Sickness and Restructuring, Entrepreneurship Development and Marketing. He has attended many seminars and conference at national and International level and also professional bodies in the field of Commerce and management. Dr. Biswasroy, to his credit is a Member-Peer team of national Assessment and Accreditation Council NAAC), Banglore, Government of India and Assessed more than 36 Institute of Higher learning in the state of Assam, Maharasthra, Manipur, West-Bengal and Andhra Pradesh.

Rabindra Kumar Mishra

Dr. Rabindra Kumar Mishra (1957) joined as a Lecturer in N.M. College, kantilo, Orissa in 1983 and now continuing as a Senior Lecturer in Economics, P.S. College, Khandapara. He was awarded Ph.D. in Economics from Berhampur University in 2001. He has written many articles on various aspects of economics in Journals and magazines. He is teaching Economics in both Arts and Commerce in various colleges of Orissa for last 22 years.
