Dr. H N Prasad, B.Sc., M.A., B Lib Sc, M. Lib. Sc., Ph. D. (LIS) is presently serving at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi as Professor of library & Information Science.

S N Singh

Dr. Surendra Nath Singh (b. 1947) M.A., Ph.D., Diploma in Photography (Industrial Georaphy, Geography of Tourism and Economic Geography) is currently a Reader in the Deptt. Of Geography, University of Gorakhpur, Gorakhpur (U.P.) which he initially joined as Lecturer in 1968. He has not only a brilliant academic career but also has been an active sportsman. A Captain in NCC, he is the Chairman of Athletic Association of Gorakhpur University. Dr. Singh is an active member of several prestigious organizations/academic societies/Professional bodies and Associations. Besides three original works on Geography, he has contributed a large number of learned papers in seminars/conferences. He also guides research scholars for Ph.D.
