Jimmy Davar (b. 1949) has a Master’s degree in Management from the IIM, Kolkata and a post-graduate specialization in Materials Managements form the Jon van Hoost School of Management and technology, Lausanna, Swizerland. He has taught in various professional institutes in Kolkata, Mumbay and Chennai. He has presented several papers at State-level seminars and conferences and was associated with curriculum development for management training institutes in Karnataka, Pondicherry and Delhi.

P.Bhaskara Rao obtained his M.Tech. degree form the I.I.T., Kharapur (W. Bengal) and was awarded a fellowship at the East-West centre, USA, for study of appropriate technology. He works as Direction (Planning and resources) with a Birla firm and is also on two panels set up by State Governments for specific technology missions. He has written over two dozen papers for public seminars and symposia as well as for government agencies and departments.

Raj K. Wadhwa (b. 1948) obtained a Master’s degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of technology, Kanpur. He was engaged in Systems research in the polytechnics at Bristol and Wales, which resulted in a well-received papers on Operations research in Controlled manufacturing Environments. He served a number of reputed transnational firms with distinction, including Duncans, Gannon Dunkerley, Engineering Projects Indian Limited and Walchand Group of Industries. He also Holds a MBA from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management and has written extensively for industrial and professional journals.
