Ram Khobragade was associated with Kanshi Ramji from 1977. He joined him to build-up Phule-Ambedkarite Mission and Movement all over India. As a National Secretary of BAMCEF he was instrumental to expand and build-up organization units in U.P., Haryana, Rajasthan, M.P., Gujarat, A.P., Karnataka, J & K and Delhi in the Initial Stage. Elected thrice General Secretary of All India IFC Employees Association; presently Vice-President. Edited Jan Andolan Ka Sajag Prahari (Hindi Monthly). Major contribution for success of First Dalit International Conference held in Kaula Lumpur in Malaysia in October 10-11, 1998.
