He is a self-made man, who acquired his technical and academic qualifications himself while working in the department of Industries, Government of U.P. and central Institute of education, University of Delhi. From wood-craft, art to philosophy, sociology and education he covered a life journey. The richness of his experience in pursing diverse, yet akin disciplines related to education and teacher training, he acquired while working in Department of Industries, UP and at central Institute of Education, Delhi. He tried to convey all aspects philosophical, sociological and epistemological aspects related to teacher education. he tried to include all wide range issues and gave paedagogic suggestions.
