Sapna Gupta

Sapna Gupta is the 35 –year-old founder and director of Air Hostess Academy Pvt. Ltd. (AHA) Although AHA started as a bootstrap operation in 1997, because of Sapna’s relentless pursuit of her dream, boundless energy and keen entrepreneurial spirit, not to forget, her husband, Akash Gupta’s strong backing and support. She strongly feels that without his support and guidance writing this book would not be possible. AHA is today recognized as No. 1 training institute in India for the aviation and hospitality industry. AHA has been awarded ISO 9001: 2000 certification and the ‘Golden Peacock Award’ for innovative training; while Sapna’s personal contribution to the growth of this sector has been acknowledged with the Education and Training Ratna award, conferred on her by the Governor of Maharashtra on 8th march 2005 on the occasion of International Women’s day. There is practically no airline, hotel in India where AHA has not placed its students. This book is co-authored by her husband Akash Gupta and is lovingly dedicated to all her students.
