Synopsis This set of three volumes on education in emerging society is being prepared by keeping in view the requirement of the students and teachers of several universities and institutions. The publication begins with the explanation of meaning, nature, importance and agencies of education. It further explain education for modernization, vocationalization and health along with democracy and socialistic pattern of society; and major philosophical systems idealism, naturalism, and pragmatism.
