Synopsis An easy Hindi self-instructor, this book has been written in such a way that anyone could easily learn Hindu through the medium of English. This book helps the reader to learn Hindi through English without actually learning the Hindi scripts and in this lies the importance of this instructor. The book is divided into four sections. In the first section all the Hindi letters in Nagari script and framing words have been given exhaustively. In the second chapter on words, common articles in daily use are given with instructions under each word as to how it should be correctly pronounced with the aid of English. The third section gives short sentences in easy conversational style. The fourth chapter deals with elements of Hindi grammar.
