Synopsis Here is a four-part series on the proceedings of the international conference on business and finance. Of these four volumes, Volume I is a compilation of research papers that focus on the theoretical concepts of corporate and international finance and the response of various Indian venture capitalists. Volume II consists of the findings of researchers and practitioners who have studied the link between stock returns and macroeconomic variables, and have then debated on the relationship between stock prices and money which works on a cause and effect basis in the deregulation of financial markets. Volume IV begins with papers on Financial Reporting and Corporate Governance-interesting insights on Extensible Business Reporting Language and Reporting on Internet by Indian Banks are included. It is followed by issues in Banking and Insurance along with a study on the Customers Perception on Infinity Banking Services of ICICI Bank Ltd.
