Synopsis In the 21st century, managing knowledge workers has become essential and challenging. Managing these knowledge workers efficiently makes companies achieve their targets. In view of this, various organizations have adopted several techniques and strategies to deal with this challenge, thereby, enhancing the productivity of the entire organization. In this context, the book focuses on certain issues pertaining to managing knowledge workers. Much of the work the knowledge workers do is invisible and difficult to measure.
