Synopsis Corporate multi-culturalism has matured, as globalization and transnationalism have reached new heights. It has ushered in its wake a new wave of corporate leadership that contends with varied cultural experiences. It is especially significant for the Multinational Corporations (MNCs), their subsidiaries overseas and Transnational Corporations (TNCs). Adaptation to a cross cultural form of leadership is the key to successful business in the New Economy.
