Synopsis Reverse logistics refers to all logistic activities to collect, disassemble and process returned products, parts and packages in order to ensure an environment friendly recovery at a reasonably economic cost. Mita Devi holds a PGDBA degree from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad and Master of Arts degree in Sociology with specialization in Human Rights from University of Hyderabad. She is currently working as Associate Consultant at ICFAI Books, an affiliate of the ICFAI University. Her areas of interest include Information Security Management, Management Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Designing.

Sashikala Parimi

Sashikala Parimi, who is currently working as a faculty member at Icfai Business School, Hyderabad, holds a doctorate degree in statistics from Osmania University and a masters degree in statistics from Mysore University. She has 15 years of teaching and research experience in the field of statistics operations. She has several research papers to her credit, published in various reputed national and international journals. Currently, she is working as a co-ordinator for PhD program at Icfai. Her areas of interest include statistics, operations, information technology and business intelligence.
