Shri Harvinder Singh, as a Pvt. Secretary in Slum and JJ Department, MCD, is known for outstanding research and experimentation with vast practical experience in every field whereas speciality in Stenography-Secretarial Practice. He always cast himself in the position of a learner and try to find out the various ways. He is also one of those persons who wants to go into depth and bring out the best of solution. The efforts and long experience of the writer speaks volumes of his capabilities in the field. He is the Examiner/Paper Setter/Evaluator in various organisations like ITIs, Polytechnic Colleges, Employment Exchanges under the Directorate of Training and Technical Education, Delhi Government as well as in his own Department. He also conducted honorary workshop on "Stenography" in innumerable Government Institutions so that pre-examination nervousness, fear, anxiety could be severely mitigated. He always tried to give it his best and hope that each new dawn brings the possibility of new progress.
