Rameshwari Devi is a social worker and is connected with many women’s organizations. She has extensively traveled in India and Nepal for her social work and rural development. She is running a school for the rural poor. She has many books to her credit.

Satish Kumar is a former Professor of Diplomacy, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, and had been at the School since 1961. In 1978, he spent a year as a Visiting Fellow under the Senior Fulbright Scheme at the School of Advanced International Studies, The Johns Hopkins University, Washington DC, and Institute of International Studies, University of California, Berkeley. Professor Satish Kumar was a Visiting Professor at the University of Torino, Italy, in 1990. He held the India Chair at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, Tashkent, in 1996-98, and the MEA Chair at the United Service Institution of India, New Delhi, in 1998-99. In addition, he has delivered several special lectures at the universities of illnois, Columbia, Heidelberg, Geneva, Malta, London and Guanzhou.
