Subhash C. Kundu

Dr. Subhash C. Kundu (b. 1961) has evoted years researching and examining the Japanese style of Human Resource Management by surveying the Japanese collaborated firms in India. Present book is the outcome of this endeavour. after completing his M.Com he served the Department of Business Studies of Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, for eleven years. During his academic pursuit, he specialised in international Management, Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, and Strategic Management. Dr. Kundu has been even published a few papers on the subejct. He has also to his credit a co-authored book, Handbook of Modern Management, comprising 12 columes. Presently he is working as Reader in the Department of Business Management, Guru Jambheshwar University, Hissar.
