This book entitled Thermal Engineering, is written basically for the undergraduate engineering students. While the first fourteen chapters of Engineering Thermodynamics and the next fourteen chapters deals with Boilers and Heat Engineers. The course contents have been engineering students in learning basic thermal engineering are fulfilled. Also, the contents of the book can be very useful for post-graduate engineering students and practicing engineers to understand the fundamentals of thermal engineering.

This book is written in a simple language and special efforts has been made in writing the subject matter clearly and understandable with special emphasis on physical concepts of mathematical equations.

At the end of each chapter solved problems have been given and a large number of objective type, descriptive type and numerical questions have been included in each chapter for the benefit of the students. Similar questions are asked in GATE, IAS, IES and other competitive examinations. Also various Tables and Charts are appended in end.
