Jagdish N. Sheth is the Charles H. Kellstadt Chair of Marketing in the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Professor Sheth is a renowned scholar and world authority in the field of marketing. His insights on global competition, strategic thinking, consumer behaviour, and relationship management are considered revolutionary. In 2004, he received both the Richard D. Irwin Distinguished Marketing Educator Award and the Charles Coolidge Parlin Awar-the two highest awards given by the American Marketing Association.
