Dr. J V Parekh is a Post graduate from Dairy Research Laboratory CSIRO, Australia and Doctorate in Dairy Technology from NDRI, Karnal. He has been Confered with the prestigious commonwealth of australia fellowship. He is a regular contributor of articles to National and International Journals of repute. He has a long standing experience of working with various organizations and Associations. Dr Parekh has been an International Technical Consultant for Dairy and Food Industries. He is a member of Exprt Inspection Agency [Ministry of Commerce] for assessment of milk processing plants in Maharashtra for export of milk and milk products. he is also associated with NABARD [National Agriculture Bank for Rural Development].

Dr. Mukund Naware a graduate from prestigious Nagpur Veterinary College holds immense practical experience in the Dairy Field. he has held the post of Managing Director of Jalgaon Dostrict Milk Union. He has remained associated with various Dairy Institutes and Organizations.
