Inspite of these measures, the pace of the groeth of the country, involvement of the people in the work has not significant. In the above backdrop, a national seminar on Employability of the youth has been organized by involving experts in the area and brainstormed into the obstacles and successes in this sphere and an attempt has been made to formulate strategies to improve the wmployability of the youth.
