This compendium of 28 papers, presented at a national seminar, held at the Department of Defence and Strategic Studies, K. S. Focusing on Pakistan-sponsored terrorism, it discusses at length the cross-border terrorism in Kashmir and counter-terrorism strategies, the issue of India’ security, and India’s strategic response.
