These are often week long workshops on stress management which are attended by senior management, company directors and CEO’s. Conceptualised and conducted by the author these workshops are result oriented with a focus on stress management using creative visualization, tribal trance music and trance-forming tribal meditation. phenoMenon’s clients include Jubilant Organosys Ltd., Trident Group, Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizer Company Ltd., Zydus Cadila, Recon Healthcare and Narmada Chematur Petrochemicals Ltd. among numerous others. Murli Menon holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from St. Xavier’s College, Ahmedabad, and an MBA degree with specialization in marketing from Institute for Management and Research (IMDR), Pune. He is currently engaged in advanced research on the effect of tribal trance meditation on the unconscious mind. Murli is also a poet, environmentalist and storywriter. His articles regularly appear in Civil Society fe Business Traveller, Desi Talk, Life Positive and Global Indian. His articles on ZeNLP have also been published in Times of India, Deccan Herald, Indian Empire and Hindu Business Line among others. He is also the author of an anthology of poems titled “Environment Friendly Poetryâ€. Murli is presently working on a cookbook on ZeNLP vegan recipes titled “ZeNLP and the science of vegan cookingâ€, a manager’s handbook titled “Management Lessons from Nature†and a travelogue on stress management destinations in India and abroad titled “Tranquil Travel Destinationsâ€. One of Murli’s short term goals is to set up stress management clubs named Shanti all over India, where managers can pray, meditate and relax to the tune of tribal music. One of Murli’s long term goals is to set up an eco-friendly tribal village named MIND (Mantra Institute of Neurological Development) on the foothills of the Himalaya and conduct residential stress management workshops for corporates.
