The Digest contains the entire case law of the Supreme Court since 1950 on the three most vital aspects of criminal jurisprudence, namely, Bail, Anticipatory Bail and Quashment. Relevant extracts from CrPC, 1973 and CrPC, 1898 are also included.
This digest has carefully considered all cases on the subject under the following provisions:
