Dr. Kumar completed his M.Sc., M.Phil. & Ph.D. in Botany from Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut (India). Before joining CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Dr. Kumar was working as Scientific Officer in Centre for Excellence for Mountain Biology, Uttarakhand Council for Biotechnology, Haldi, (Pantnagar). Dr. Kumar has published more than 25 papers/articles in the reputed research journals.
