Dr. P.K. Agrawal (born: 1950) hails from district Jhansi in Uttar Pradesh; obtained his Master's Degrees in Business Management and Law and was awarded Doctorate in Law by the University of Allahabad. Among several other books he has written, are: Bureaucracy to Bureaucrazy; Land Reforms in India: Constitutional and Legal Approach; Motivation and Indian Bureaucracy; Environment Protection and Pollution Control in the Ganga; India's Move towards Sustainable Development. Dr. Agrawal belongs to 1976 batch of Indian Administrative Service (IAS) of West Bengal cadre. He has the experience of working in variuos capacities and in various hierarchies in state and central government for aboutthree decades.
