The Wildest Sport of All

Kunwar Narendra Singh (Author) Prakash Singh (Author)
Synopsis

The Wildest Sport of All is a first-hand account of the yesteryear sport of tiger hunting in India. It will take the reader on an adventurous journey through the great jungles of India -- their pastures and ponds, cacophony of animal sounds and the shrill silence of lonely nights as it recounts stories of great escapes, unsolved mysteries and waiting patiently for a sighting of the tiger. It sets out not to glorify but to recreate a time of lawful, discriminatory hunting which brought the hunter closer to nature and taught him the value of courage in the face of the wild and mighty animal.
